WASHING AND DISINFECTING WITH AQUA
Washing and disinfection are very important phases of the sterilization cycle. Consequently, a tool like AQUA is a basic equipment in surgery
environments and mainly for dental offices where the instrument
turnover is extremely frequent.
AQUA is designed as high quality, state-of -the -art and ergonomics instrument washer, which enables the preparation of instruments for the subsequent phases of sterilization(bagging) by reducing the
bacteria presence and safeguarding the operators that have to handle them.
AQUA comes with built-in water conditioning system and warm up resistance. All working phases: warm up, pre-washing, washing and disinfection are automatically controlled by an advanced microprocessor electronic device.
AQUA offers 3 pre set sterilization cycles:

Cycle 1 rapid
Cycle suitable for poorly dirty tools washing with detergent and thermal disinfection of the tool that is held at 93°C for 3 minutes.

Cycle 2 normal
Cycle suitable for normal tools Pre washing and washing with detergent and thermal disinfection of the tool that is held at 93°C for 3 minutes.

Cycle 3 intensive
Cycle suitable for very dirty tools pre washing, washing with detergent and thermal disinfection of the tool that is held at 93°C for 10 minutes.
Electronics manage an auto diagnostics system to detect and display anomalies or mistakes through preset codes. This option will enable the detection and solution of possible technical and working programs.
AQUA is protected by safety devices on the chamber door allowing the opening only at the end of the cycle thus protecting operators.
AQUA is equipped with a special system for MULTIBOX connection, a tray for the housing of hollow tools inside of which water and steam are forced, thus reaching a complete disinfection.
