TAX
Ontario based businesses pay 6% GST and 8% PST, Canadian
companies outside of Ontario pay GST only, USA and International buyers
pay NO TAX.
WARRANTY
We honor all Manufacturers' Warranties. We
Provide 100 days Warranty on labor for repairs in office or our service
facility. Warranty claims will not be honored on any piece of equipment
previously serviced by Global Dental for it's failure to operate properly
within the warranty period, if the malfunction is related to other than
invoice stated condition. Warranty claims will not be honored after the
due date under any circumstances. Warranty claims will not be honored if
failed equipment has been troubleshooted, services or estimated first by
anybody other than a Global Dental service representative.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by ICS, UPS or local
courier. Note that when you purchase heavy or larger items, your shopping
cart will show $0 shipping cost. Naturally we are unable to accommodate
all customers worldwide with one unified charge, therefore you will be
notified and charged later once we have a shipping cost estimate. Rest
assured we do what we can to obtain the lowest quote possible.
FREE INSTALLATION
All orders exceeding $4000 before tax will be
eligible to FREE delivery and installation, provided that
Customer's office is located in the parameter of the following areas: GTA
(Central), Newmarket (North), Oshawa (East) and Hamilton (West). Global
Dental provides services outside of this area, but delivery and
installation charges will apply at estimated cost.
RETURNS
Please call our office for complete
guidelines. Note that only preauthorized returns will be accepted. We will
not accept returns shipped to us collect. All items must be in as-new,
unspoiled condition (unmarked, original package, factory sealed). All
items sent to us that fail to meet required conditions after inspection
are subject to restocking charges at our discretion. Items can be returned
within 15 days from the date of purchase. Any item returned to us after
the 15th day is subject to restocking charges at our discretion. Special
orders of any kind are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, we
will repair or replace an item in accordance with the Manufacturer's
Warranty.
ESTIMATE REFUSAL AND LOANER CHARGES
Service Quotes
could be presented in writing or verbally. By not excepting our quote
the customer agrees to pay an Estimate Refusal Fee of $60 on small
equipment and $100 on large equipment such as compressors,
chairs, x-rays, sterilizers, panoramic developers, suction units etc.
In effort to provide the best service possible we always offer a loaner
if one is available. This courtesy is free of charge provided we service
the faulty equipment. In case of estimate refusal, a daily fee will be
charged for the use of a loaner from the day it's delivered to the
customer till the day it's picked up. The amount of this fee is $50/day
for small and $75/day for large equipment.
CLAIMS
Please verify that you have received the
exact items you have ordered. If an item has been damaged or the order
appears to be incomplete, please advise us within no more than 3 business
days of receipt of your order.

Prices published in this website and Global Dental
catalogues may be subject to change without
notice due to fluctuations of the foreign currency exchange rates and
world market conditions.
